If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused items in original condition may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 7 business days after validation, though we aim to complete them within 5 business days whenever possible.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.

For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
